Introducing the new MiClub online timesheet system. Windaroo Lakes Golf Club will soon be transitioning to a new software platform (MiClub) for all Golf Operations. This planned improvement is the first step in updating the Club’s software to a more reliable, cost effective and productive platform that will benefit both members and staff.
The planned “Go Live” date is TUESDAY 11 JULY as outlined below:
Implementation Schedule
- Tuesday 27 June – Bookings open for first competition in the new system (MiClub) for Tuesday 11 July.
- Monday 10 July – Last Day a Competition is available for booking via old software (Micropower)
- Tuesday 11 July – Go Live Date: First Day a Competition is first available for booking via new software (MiClub).
Note that current procedures for timesheet opening and booking restrictions remain unchanged.
Booking Education & Tutorials will be communicated and provided to Members via the new Online Booking Portal available from Tuesday 20 June.
The Club has been working with MiClub to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible, however as with any change there will be some challenges and we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation during the transition period for the long term benefit to all our members.

LOGGING ON:
You will be prompted to login, your username is your Windaroo Lakes Golf Club member number and your password will be your date of birth in DDMM format (i.e. 07 June = 0706). Upon logging in for the first time it is highly recommended that you change your password. Please refer to the prompts on the login screen for details. TROUBLE LOGGING ON? Please contact the office ASAP.
UPDATE YOUR DETAILS:
When you 1st Login please update your member details in particular Phone Numbers and email address, this will greatly assist the club in keeping all members information up to date. All members’ details are private unless you choose otherwise. Do you want other members to be able to see these details? Click on the Private Box if you don’t.
MEMBERS PAGE:
Once logged onto the site you will be taken to your own personal welcome page. On this page you will see your contact details, a link to your golf bookings, golf competition results, a playing partner’s setup screen and a general Club notice board.
From this screen you will also be able to navigate around the complete site including many pages which are only available to members of the club.
BOOKINGS:
Once logged in navigate to the Timesheets area by clicking on ‘Golf Bookings’.
Practise timesheets will be available on the new member’s online booking facility on Tuesday 20 June through until our first live bookings from Tuesday 11 July.
Feel free to login to practice making and deleting bookings, as well as setting up your Playing Partners and Default Group. Please be aware that the 1st Online Timesheet with the new system will be for competition play on Tuesday 11 July.
This timesheet will open for bookings on Tuesday 27 June with normal bookings applying. Timesheets exist for every day, please be sure to book, to avoid disappointment. Any course closures and or syllabus changes will be updated on the website.
Timesheets for online bookings close at <Insert Date and Time>, from then on any cancellations must be made through the Pro Shop. Timesheet changeover period: Timesheets for play prior up until Monday 10 July inclusive will be available as the current system.
Timesheets for play from Tuesday 11 July onwards will be on the new system.
Reminder Emails: Once live the booking system will automatically send email reminders 48 hours prior to any golf booking. If you cannot play at this booked time please remove yourself ASAP to allow an opportunity for another member to play.
